Our People

The educators behind Novum Digital

A team of specialists in financial education, economic organization, and adult learning design, focused exclusively on building practical competencies for Colombian women.

Education specialists, not financial advisors

Our team brings together experience in educational program design, household economics, and digital learning. We are educators. We do not provide financial advice, manage funds, or recommend regulated products.

Built on educational clarity

Novum Digital was founded on a straightforward premise: Colombian women who manage household finances or run independent activities need access to clear, practical financial education that belongs to them. Not product sales. Not advisory relationships that create dependency.

Our team designs every program from the perspective of the learner. What does she actually need to know? What practical skills will make a real difference in her daily financial decisions? Those questions shape everything we build.

"We teach financial organization as a practical skill, the same way someone learns to cook or manage a calendar. It belongs to you once you learn it."

What guides how we work

Four principles shape every program, every workshop, and every interaction with our participants.

Neutrality

We have no financial interest in what you do with what you learn. No product commissions, no affiliate relationships, no conflicts of interest.

Practicality

Every concept we teach connects directly to a real decision or action. Theory serves practice, not the other way around.

Autonomy

Our goal is for participants to need us less over time, not more. We design for genuine independence, not ongoing dependency.

Context

We design for the real economic context of Colombian women. Not generic global content, but material built around specific local realities.
